Robert Ross is a highly respected insurance professional with more than 40 years of experience in the General Insurance industry and currently serves as a Consultant to Blueprint Insurance. Throughout his career, Robert has gained extensive experience across multiple sectors of the industry, having held roles within insurance companies, national and international insurance brokerages and as an owner and partner in several successful broking businesses. This broad background has given him a comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape and the practical knowledge to provide strategic guidance across all areas of general insurance.
Robert has also contributed to the broader insurance profession through his service as a Director of the Insight Insurance Brokers Association, reflecting his long-standing commitment to supporting and strengthening the industry.
Outside of the office, Robert enjoys spending quality time with his family and making the most of weekends away camping. His down-to-earth nature and wealth of experience continue to make him a trusted mentor and respected figure within the insurance community.
