Charbel also known as Charlie has been involved in the Financial Planning Industry for over 8 years. He started out as an Authorised Representative at CCA Financial Planners in 2007 and then went out on his own as BluePrint Advisors in 2012.
Charlie has valuable skills and qualifications in financial planning, lending, general insurance and taxation which places him in a unique position when providing holistic advice to his clients.
Charlie has a keen interest in providing quality advice to his diverse client base ranging from families, professionals and Builders.
Moreover, as a business owner himself, Charlie understands the special needs of his business clients and is able to provide straightforward, common sense advice.
Blueprint has a skilled and qualified back office team that ensure the processes are smooth so that Charlie can focus on what is the most important thing to him and that is making a difference in the lives of his clients.
Charlie enjoys spending quality time with his family and taking them to sporting events, camping and fishing.

Anthony is a Tier 1 General Insurance broker who began his career as Insurance Broker in March 2014. He has been mentored by Robert Ross who has over 40 years experience in insurance broking and brings a wealth of knowledge to all departments of General Insurance.
Anthony excels in thinking ‘outside the box’ to tailor a solution package to fulfil clients’ needs. Anthony sources the insurance market to offer a wide selection of products at competitive premiums and also assists all clients through the trauma of making claims. He has an extremely friendly and easy going approach and quickly establishes relationships with clients in order to better understand their needs.
Anthony is also a family man and has an active interest in volunteering in his local community. He enjoys spending time with his family, particularly taking them to NRL games.
Robert Ross

Robert Ross has over 40 years experience within the General Insurance Industry and is currently a consultant to BluePrint Insurance. Robert has had experience in the insurance company roles, National and International brokerages and owned several with others and is now mentoring. He has also served on the Insight Insurance Brokers Association as a Director. Robert enjoys spending his weekends with the family and going camping.
